HOW WE TRAIN
During an athlete’s training sessions, our coach will be very hands on to make sure everything is being performed correctly to maximize results.
Every 2-4 weeks, depending on the athlete’s goals and progress, a new phase of the program will be written and implemented. Each phase in our system builds upon each other to help our athletes see continuous progress.
Our Professional athletes can take advantage of our training app when they are away so there are no interruptions in the master plan.

Train Privately with our Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Cory Englebert.
EVALUATION PROCESS
On an athlete’s first day with us, he or she will go through an evaluation that will explain what we do and how it can benefit them specifically.
In our initial evaluation we will check the athletes body composition and do various tests utilizing our Force decks and other technology. From there we will go more in depth with upper and lower torso strength assessments to let us know their physical strengths and weaknesses.
This data will show us exactly where we need to start with each Individual athlete.

No problem, we can do everything virtually through the ETS Training App!
Fly in to town, go through our battery of evaluation tests, and get started right away! Everything we do in person with athletes at ETS HQ can be done with you virtually!
